Awapuni Nurseries is giving Sweet Living readers the chance to win six seedling bundles – a mix of herbs, vegetables and flowers.
Awapuni Nurseries is based just out of Palmerston North but they sell their herb, vegetable and flower seedlings in supermarkets and Bunnings nationwide and online via their website (see their website here). They have more than 200 varieties of herb, veggie and flower seedlings, plus garden accessories like gloves and trowels and the likes. You can check out their new range of gardening tools online.
Order six or more items to a non-rural address and they’ll deliver for free, or pay just $4 for a rural address. And if you’re not completely satisfied with your order, they’ll replace it – no questions asked.
Now, here’s the good news.
Awapuni Nurseries is giving 2 lucky readers (in New Zealand) the chance to win six seedling bundles (a mix of herbs, vegetables and flowers).
To enter the draw, all you have to do is write a comment below. You can just say ‘hi’ if you like, or you could tell us what your favourite plant is, be it flower, herb or vegetable.
Good luck!
Open to NZ residents only. Competition closes 9th December 2015, midnight.
Would love to win, my garden is looking so empty 🙁
I’m way behind on my vege gardening this year – it certainly needs a few gaps filled.
I am enjoying stock and viscaria flowering at the moment , which were plants from Awapuni.
Thank you for the opportunity to enter.
I’d love to win some plants for my daughter and I to plant together. We’re loving our roses at the moment, it’s lovely to pick a bunch to give away 🙂
im really loving my grerainiums ,foxgloves ,which give my garden a lovely country feel with lovely flowers
I’d love some seedlings for my garden! i’m in the city with a small patch, so i focus on the things i use most and are expensive at the supermarket: mainly herbs (i’ve got thyme, basil, oregano, parsely, sage and mint) and salad leaves (mescalin, rocket, spinach, kale, mizuna). Thanks 😀
We have been working really hard trying to improve our garden this year. These would really help us out!
I would love to win some plants. I am totally enjoying living off our vege patch this year and with the addition of a glasshouse..wow fantastic results! Feeding the extended family is so rewarding.
Thanks Awapuni Nurseries, I’d love to win these and share them with my family who are just setting up a garden .
🙂
My husband has been busy this year building planter boxes for our veges. After a disappointing turn out of the cabbages and broccoli, we definitely have space for some more plants. I would say my favourite plants at the moment are my kale and silverbeet plants currently planted in a tractor tyre – even the kids are eating them!
I would really enjoy wining some herbs, just started creating a herb aray within my gardens. So enjoyed the talk you gave out at West Coast Garden Club last week. It has tweeked my enthusium for herbs.
Love Awapuni’s seedlings, and website.
My husband and I love gardening. He does the vege department and I do the flowers. The more lovely flowers we have the more bees we get. I love a variety of flowers, especially blue/purple ones and we are always keen to try new veges.
hi
my fave herb at the moment is Basil and I love lavender
This would be a lovely early Christmas gift.
I prefer to grow veggies and have bok choy, lettuce, silver beets, runner beans and jalapeno peppers ..all seedlings bought from you and thriving!! …so winning this would be the icing on the cake as I’ve made another raised bed for more veggies.
really loving the heavily fragranced and brilliance of colour sweetpeas and snapdragons for my summer garden plans
Love buying my plants from Awapuni online.. I usually do through Trademe account each season and the staff is lovely to deal with … Thank you
I have been a fan of Awapuni Plants for many years .. my garden has lots of gaps in it right now.
Hi
Love Awapuni seedlings! The calendulars have flower nonstop since I planted them in July. I have been drying the petal so I can infuse some oil and use to make healing creams.
My vege garden is absolutely chocka but I’d love some flowers to make some hanging baskets 😀
I love Sweet Peas!!!
I love the Awapuni products – they are always my first choice for flowers and vegetable plants. The plants are fantastic quality. I recommend them highly. Their order on line and home delivery can’t be beaten.
Hi 🙂 haha just kidding. I prefer to have vege’s in the garden, but I do love a good indoor Lily!
Hi…. thanks so mu h for your great seedlings. I love my herbs for cooking. I got one of your rhubarb plants last year and just enjoying a feed now….
My husband and iI moved into our first home together earlier year, and we have NO vegetable garden! It’s on our project list this summer.
I would LOVE to plant out a garden, a gorgeous tangled mix of veggies, flowers and herbs.
This sounds great
Would be wonderful.
I’d love a bunch of seedlings, we have vegetables growing profusely, but in the flower area there are massive “gaps”!
I am establishing my garden, which is trial & error at the moment. This will be my second summer here & am discovering what grows, or not. It would be wonderful to have extra seedlings to fill in spaces too.
I love freesias, they smell devine!
I have a large garden and always need to replace those spent plants with more goodies for the bees, the vases… and my plate!!
I enjoy growing herbs and vegetables, and have sneaked a few marigolds into my vegetable patch for a dash of colour. I also love eating ripe strawberries – they rarely make it to the dinner table!
Awapuni seedlings are definitely the best wouldn’t buy any others!
We feed ourselves all through a tough South Island winter with Awapuni vegetables. I would so love to win a bundle.
