Blackberry Chia Pudding

Kick-start your morning with this antioxidant-packed pudding by @nourishandflourishsyd.

Blackcurrants are a key source of Vitamin C and phytochemicals, contributing to antioxidant protection that can help to protect the body from harmful free radicals.


  • 3 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 scoop protein powder (optional)

  • 1/4 cup Daily Good Blackcurrant Immunity Shots

  • 1/4 cup milk (or dairy-free alternative)

  • Topped with yoghurt, granola and berries (freeze-dried blackcurrants are great)


Mix together pudding ingredients in a bowl, cover and leave in the fridge for an hour or until chia seeds are absorbed and thickened up. Top with topping of choice and enjoy cold!
