Strawberries and cream tiramisu – summer dessert

This delicious recipe from Luna Bakehouse features the new Brown Brothers Moscato Strawberries & Cream, perfect for summer desserts.


  • 4 fresh strawberries (sliced)
  • 2 tablespoons of strawberry jam (50g)
  • Fresh cream (120g)
  • Mascarpone (100g)
  • 6-8 ladyfingers
  • Brown Brothers Moscato Strawberries & Cream (100ml)


  1. Whisk the fresh cream and jam until slightly thickened.
  2. Add mascapone and whisk until stiff peaks form.
  3. In a deep bowl, dip one side of the ladyfingers into the Brown Brothers Moscato Strawberries & Cream.
  4. Layer the dipped ladyfingers in a serving dish.
  5. Spoon the cream mixture over the ladyfingers.
  6. Repeat the layers until at the desired height.
  7. Add fresh sliced strawberries on top. 
  8. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  9. Slice and serve chilled.
  10. Enjoy your tiramisu!
