Ingredients
2 cups frozen blueberries
⅓ cup (80g) 0% fat Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons maple syrup
2 teaspoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
Method
Place all the ingredients in a food processor or blender and mix until smooth. Serve immediately with your favorite toppings.
